Arepas

An Arepa is a kind of corn griddle cake. A staple bread in several Latin American countries, particularly in Colombia and Venezuela. We offer sweetcorn, cassava, yellow or white cornmeal varieties. Crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, eat them filled or topped with butter, cheese, or meat and sauce. The possibilities are endless. Heat them in the grill or in the toaster for twice as long as normal bread. Arepas are best eaten hot, straight from the grill.
