Shipping & Delivery
At www.lachatica.com customer satisfaction is what counts. All purchases are processed with full extensive care to meet our customers’ needs. Once we receive your order, it will go through our quality control procedure at our logistics company, so you receive the best in quality item.

Making a purchase with us is easy. Simply follow the below instructions to successfully complete your order:

Shop by browsing through our products by brand, category or by Price.

Click on the product image to access the individual item's product page where you will view the full product description including size details.

Add your selection to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to basket' button on the product page. Review the item(s) you have chosen in your shopping basket. To delete an item from your shopping basket, click on the 'X' button.

Press the 'Proceed to purchase' button to proceed to the login stage of the checkout and to finalize payment details for your order.

We accept the following card types - Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Delta, Solo, UK Maestro, Mastercard, UK Debit Mastercard. We also accept PayPal payments, please note you must have a confirmed billing address registered with PayPal. If you do not have a confirmed billing address registered with PayPal the order will be not be accepted and the payment will be refunded.

Once you have completed the order stage, you will receive an acknowledgement email stating that we have received your order. This will include an order identification number, where you will be able to track the process of your order by login to your account on our web site. We will then start to process your order.
All card and PayPal transactions will go through a security verification procedure, allowing us to filter out any card payment issues and fraudulent orders (this may delay your order). Please note we only deliver goods to the card holder's name and billing address (the name & address as shown on your card statement). Any different address provided will not be accepted and the transaction will fail on every attempt made. Please note your card issuer may temporarily hold funds for a failed transaction for up to 5 working days.

La Chatica (www.lachatica.com) reserves the right to cancel orders containing information that cannot be verified.

Once your payment has successfully cleared the payment security verification procedure you will receive an email notice.

We will charge your credit/debit card once your order has been dispatched from our logistics warehouse. A dispatch email will be sent to you advising your order has been sent.

All prices shown on our web site are in British Pounds (UK Sterling).

All prices include VAT. In case the value added tax changes, we will change our prices accordingly.
Once your order has cleared the payment stage our logistics company will process your order through our quality control procedure. Your order will be packed in secure and appropriate packaging, ready for dispatch.

Depending on the destination of your order, we use various courier services.

Please allow 5-8 working days for delivery.

The above delivery timescales are an approximate guide only. These timescales are based on information which our couriers have advised on. Usually from past experience most orders are delivered within these timescales.

If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at your billing delivery address, then a calling card will be left at the address with the phone number to call to arrange a re-delivery. Please note before the goods are handed to the recipient, the original calling card is needed along with proof of identification and signature will be required.

If re-delivery is attempted without success on a further occasion, the order will be returned back to us.

If an order has been lost or stolen whilst in transit, we will instruct a full investigation to be carried out by the courier company. No refund or replacement item will be sent until the investigation has been carried out and the claim has been approved by the courier company.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, simply return your order back to us within 7 days from date of receipt of your order, for a full refund or exchange. Please note - The postage & packaging cost will not be refunded, just the value of the item(s) in the order.

Please Note - All items must be returned back to us in their original condition as they were sent out to you. This must include any dust bags, tags, labels, serial number cards, authentication cards and presentation boxes that came with the item. We will not accept any returned items with any of the above missing. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in anyway. This also applies to returned items which have any odours such as from cigarettes, cigars, animal, perfumes, fragrances, food, dampness, etc. All gift wrap packaging must be returned undamaged.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and items will be promptly sent back to you the buyer if any one of the above occurs.

All refunds will be made via the same method as when the order was placed. You will receive a confirmation email advising you once the refund has been processed. Please allow between 2-3 working days for all card refunds to show on your card account.

Items can be exchanged within 7 days from date of receipt of your order. When returning your order please let us know which item you wish to exchange with. Please note - exchanges will occur a delivery cost to cover postage & packaging, payment can be taken from the same card used to place your initial order or you can send a cheque or postal order with your returning order.

Please Note - Any postage you pay to return your order back to us will not be refunded. The return of any item will be at your own expense. Please make sure to use a recorded or registered service when returning any item. It will be your responsibility to return items in the appropriate and secure packaging and we will not accept any losses or damages which may occur in transit.
